Companies join forces to provide expanded equipment and installation solutions
MEDINA, OH – 7 Jan 2025 – Effective January 1, 2025, Kraft Werks Group announces it has merged with Rafter Equipment Corporation, a Strongsville, Ohio based capital equipment manufacturer of tube & pipe ERW and roll forming equipment.
With the merger, Kraft Werks Group continues on an aggressive growth strategy adding new product offerings to its existing portfolio of Gýrol Fluid Drives, TLT Ash Handling systems and Kraft Werks Thermal Solutions.
By combining complementary products and services with Kraft Werks existing tube and pipe product line, Rafter now offers its customers a broad range of tube and pipe mill and roll forming equipment, including cut-off machines and tube and pipe handling and finishing equipment.
In addition, by leveraging Kraft Werk’s expertise in large scale capital equipment installations and project management services, both Kraft Werks and Rafter will be able to provide a complete turn-key solution to its customers, all under one roof and all based in the USA.
